PIONEER BEACH RESORT WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE FOR A LONG TIME.
WE WILL NOW BE ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR NEXT SUMMER AS FOLLOWS:
OCTOBER 16 - NOVEMBER 1 - RESERVATIONS FOR 3 MONTHS FOR THOSE WHO WERE HERE LAST SEASON.
NOVEMBER 1 - NOVEMBER 15- RESERVATIONS FOR 1 MONTH OR LONGER FOR THOSE WHO WERE HERE LAST YEAR AS WELL AS PERSONS RESERVING FOR THE 1ST TIME.
AFTER NOVEMBER 15TH - ALL OTHER RESERVATIONS FOR SHORT TERM STAYS INCLUDING HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.
DEPOSITS ARE DUE AND PAYABLE AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS MADE. NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS WILL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE FOR THE LENGTH OF STAY
RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2008-2009 WINTER SEASON WILL BE ACCEPTED MARCH 1, 2008.
