In addition, Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) days reservation fee. For cancellation purposes, scheduled checkin is considered to be 3:00pm (Cabins) and 1:00pm (RV Sites) of the scheduled arrival date.
