We are located about a mile off Hi-way 83 in a quiet and relaxed country setting. Within five miles are nationally branded stores and restaurants. Literally 'just down the road' are; The World Birding Center, The World Butterfly Center, Rio Grande Valley State Park, Mission Hike and Bike Trail at the Birding Center, and the nationally ranked Mission Regional Medical Center.

Our sites are TEXAS SIZED. If you can drive it or pull it you can park it here. Over $400,000 (Four-Hundred and Thousand Dollars) in infrastructure improvements have been made over the last six years and we have only just begun. This year we converted to an eco-friendly salt water non-chemical pool system. We have free Wi-fi in the club house. Cable and high speed internet are available at each site through local purveyors. We have shaded, semi shaded and open lots to meet any budget. There is a variety of vegetation including live oaks, palms, mesquite, hackberry and an assortment of tropical fruit trees. Last year we were home to a flock of green parrots and word has it they have been sighted again! Dr. Hawley who owns 2.5 acres contingent to the northwest corner of the park has opened his property for Birdwatching. This year he worked clearing brush and creating walking paths.
