| The southwestern Michigan retreat is a nonprofit Christian campground, youth camp, and retreat facility located on 192 acres on Lester Lake in Grand Junction, Michigan offering Christian camping at its best. It is the only Church of God Youth Camp in Michigan and it serves hundreds of young people every summer by sharing the love of Jesus with them through summer camp programs. Warner Camp's location provides an excellent atmosphere for quiet, peaceful, beautiful retreats for all ages while camping near Lake Michigan. |
| Warner Camp offers all of the activities that will make your Christian camping experience a memorable one. Guests of all ages can enjoy lake swimming, fishing, canoeing (fee), and more on Lester Lake. The campground also offers nature trails, picnic areas, horseshoe pits, softball fields, sand volleyball, and more. There is also a 5K cross country course, several pavilions for group gatherings, and basketball. Hayrides are offered as well, and of course guests can enjoy a classic campfire. The game room, the Cube, has a ping pong table, air hockey, foosball and other game tables. A hands-on nature center provides information on wildlife and plants, many of them located on the camp grounds. Warner Camp is in close proximity to horseback riding opportunities, as well as the Kal-Haven Trail and Lake Michigan. Whether you are a biker, golfer, hunter, fisherman or nature lover, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities for everyone. Camping near Lake Michigan is full of wholesome family fun! |
| Warner Camp often has guest speakers on special occasions, and there are many planned activities throughout the year. Holiday weekends include Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day, where guests can enjoy waterfront activities, an all-camp potluck, and special music for the Sunday morning service. The southwestern Michigan retreat provides RV camping, cabins, and lodges for group camping. |
