Air Conditioning $2.00 per day
Electric Heaters are not allowed.

Pets are allowed and must be on a leash at all times. Under Maine Law, rabies papers are required. Day Visitors are not allowed to bring pets.

Cancellation Policy:

twenty-one (21) day cancellation notice required. No refund if canceled within 21 days of reservations. If canceled prior to 21 days, a full refund less $20.00 Service Charge. NO REFUNDS FOR CABIN RENTALS, HOLIDAY WEEKENDS OR EARLY DEPARTURES FOR ANY REASON. Failure to arrive on arrival date, without notification, will forfeit the deposit and site. A $15.00 fee will be charged for a check returned for insufficient funds. Payment in full is required upon arrival, at which time we will accept, VISA, MASTERCARD, CASH AND TRAVELERS CHECKS. No personal checks are accepted upon arrival.
