Welcome to Walnut Grove Campground, a family-friendly campground located in scenic southern Maine. We are located just 30 minutes from Wells Beach. We offer large open and wooded sites that can accommodate any size trailer. Each site includes a picnic table, fireplace, water and 30/20 amp electrical service. Some sites have sewer, cable and 50 amp electrical service. Try one of our camping cabins - complete with bunk beds, refrigerator, cable tv, and a covered front porch with comfortable easy chairs. We offer free wi-fi for our overnight guests. Small groups and tent campers are welcome. |

At Walnut Grove, you'll enjoy fine recreational facilities and services. We have a large playground for the kids to enjoy. Swimming, baseball, volleyball, horseshoes, and basketball are just some of the possibilities during your stay with us. Scheduled events include Barbeques, Country Western, Halloween, Hawaiian Weekend, Family Olympics, Carnival Weekend and Octoberfest to name a few. We offer an on site store complete with camping necessities, laundromat, propane station and fast food take out service. You and your family will enjoy a vacation to remember at Walnut Grove Campground.

Walnut Grove Campground is pleased to announce the arrival of our first completely furnished Deluxe Cabin Rental. It will reside on site 1 and offer full hook ups. The unit sleeps four. Two adults in the back bedroom and two children in bunk beds located across from the lavatory. Central heat, two burner gas stove, microwave, apartment size refrigerator, fully stocked kitchen, full bath with shower and two flat screen TV's, with cable. There will be no smoking and no pets allowed in this unit. Every effort will be made by management to rent this unit by the week. Call 207-324-1207 on Thursday nights for weekend availability. A $100 damage deposit is required at check in and is returned at check out after cabin inspection. All that is required of you is your bed gear and personal effects.

Patty and Bruce are warm and welcoming and have made our stays friendly and memorable. I've stayed here on 3 occasions now and brought friends to experience Walnut Grove. One of the first things that I noticed when we arrived was how warm and friendly Patty and Bruce are. They treat everyone like family... truly lovely people. Bruce and Patty were extremely accommodating and hands on during the planning process. From the start, we got top notch input in planning our event. They always answered our multitude of questions promptly. They both went the extra mile for us to help make our event, safe, fun and smooth running. We would definitely do this again at The Walnut.
