Rates are based on 2 adults & all dependent minor children.
Guest children and additional adults are $3.00 per person/per day.
Holiday weekends require a 3 day minimum reservation.
The minimum age to rent and occupy a site is 21.
A maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per site.
A maximum of 1 sleeping unit and 4 adults per reservation. Visa and Mastercard accepted
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome at Southwoods RV Resort - Free of Charge. A maximum of 2 pets per site allowed. Pets should be up to date on all vaccines, proof required at check-in. All pets must be kept on a leash and may not at any time be left unattended. Please be kind to your neighbors and always clean up after your pets. Sorry, No aggressive dogs allowed at the Park. Owners of threatening or excessively barking dogs will be asked to leave. Pets are not allowed on playground, pool area or bathroom facilities.
Rules & Regulations (a complete list will be provided upon arrival)
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. No refunds for early departure.
Early check-in (before 1:00 pm) or late check-out (after noon) - extra $2.00 per hour (based on availability).
All visitors must register at the office upon arrival to obtain a visitor's pass and must leave by 10:30 pm.
Quiet Time: 10:30 pm - 8:00 am weekdays.
Children must be supervised at all times. Children 12 or under, for their own safety, must be accompanied by an adult to the restrooms and playgrounds. No children under 18 will be allowed at the pool without adult supervision. Children and teenagers must be at their campsites after 10 pm unless they are with parents.
Open fires are to be in designated areas only. Fires must be attended and controlled at all times and properly extinguished.
Firearms, air guns, bows and arrows and chainsaws are strictly prohibited.
Alcohol consumption is permitted at campsite only. Drunkenness is not allowed and may result in eviction with no refund.
No motorcycles, mopeds or motorized scooters are allowed. Bicycles are allowed, helmets required for kids 14 years and under.
Campsites must be kept clean and neat at all times and upon departing.
Cancellation Policy:
A $5 cancellation fee applies, A minimum of 10 days notice is required
