Spacious sites with 30/50 amp service, pull-thru spaces, full hookups, clean private restrooms/showers, laundry and same day laundry service - wash, freshen & fold, picnic tables and full playground for adults & children with swings, seasaw, slide, horse shoes, basketball, fire ring, barbeque pit with smoker etc. Fully enclosed pavilion with electric heat/AC, large TV, and more for group gatherings, family reunions and meetings. Centrally located to many attractions in Jacksonville, Rusk, Tyler, Kilgore, Marshall, Athens, Canton etc. Minutes to country club golf course, Mud Creek ATV Park and Texas Basket factory, and the historic Texas Railroad.

| Entrance to park off HWY 79/CR 4208. Our entrance is a tower of urns with plenty of plants to welcome you to our little piece of East Texas. Check with the Jacksonville Chamber Of Commerce for events and our ratings.
We are located at 69/79 Intersection. Go east on 79 N to CR4208, 4.6mi. from Taco Bell in Jacksonville. We're on the left corner of CR4208 & 79 next to the beautiful Joe Smith Plant farm and just one mile from Woods golf course.

Our bath house and laundry facility are kept very clean and the surroundings are well landscaped. We have a soda machine,with favorite drinks catering to special requests and magazines and books to help pass the time.There is a picnic table for you sit under shady trees and enjoy nature as well. |
Our RV sites offer full hookups with 30/50 amp service and are spacious enough for all of your 'toys'; boat, trailer, golf cart,ATV's, horse shoes etc. Bring the family and enjoy our scenic environment with the modern conveniences of clean restrooms, showers and laundry facility. |

Handyman/Owner at the office. This is Jesse,the Jack-of-all-trades-owner. He does anything and everything we need. Although he is very handy with taking reservations he spends much of his time perfecting the park! |
