Season Open: MAY 1st to OCTOBER 15th.


If you do NOT wish to make your reservation on-line, then please call any time after 12 noon and confirm your reservation with your VISA or MASTERCARD charge card number.

Check in time 12 o'clock noon. Check out time 11 o'clock in the morning.
NO Check In arrivals after 8:00(20:00) at night.
"NO" Over-Night check in registration available. NO TENTS ALLOWED.

FREE WIFI AVAILABLE LOCATED NEAR THE CLUB HOUSE ONLY.
WiFi can be accessed from CABLE TV campsites only located near the Club House.
Be sure to note your "comments" of arrival time when reserving your campsite.

Sites
Rates are based on 2 adults (ages 18 and older) and 2 children (ages 4-17) age 3 and under FREE.

Standard Rates with full hook-up services (WATER/SEWER/ELECTRIC)
Daily - $35.00
Weekly - $235.00

Cable TV - No Charge (Must sign up for it to be place on Cable TV site).Wifi is accessable from Cable TV campsite ONLY
CABLE TV IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR POP-UP TRAILERS.

Additional Adult per campsite: $5.00 each night each person.

Visitors Fee: $5.00 per person each day. If visitor stay less then an hour, the fee will be refunded.

MONTHLY - $625.00 pay your own (metered) electric.
MONTHLY - $725.00 (includes 435 kilwatts of electric) excess usage will be due each month.
Cable TV - $30.00 extra per month (optional).
Call for MONTHLY reservations only.

Air-conditioner and electric heater use: $3.00 more each day. Payment due upon arrival.

SEASONAL SITES available for 5 1/2 months (May 1 to Oct.15).
"NEW CAMPER ONLY" (This means a Seasonal Camper bringing an RV Camper Trailer to Shady Oaks. Not applicable to discounted rates are Park Models and Pre-Existing Camper Trailers).

  • CAMP FOR FREE TO OCTOBER 15, 2012 (CLOSING DAY). Pay only your (metered) electric usage.
