Conveniently located next to the showers, restrooms and laundry, you can lounge around the pool after a day of site seeing, fishing or boating. Our Rally Hall is capable of handling larger groups and our Rec Hall is just the right size for smaller gatherings. Both have kitchen facilities, ask our friendly staff about availability and rates. The So. TX Sailing Academy gives classes for young sailers at our facility - they have to pass a swimming test. |

Our premium dockside sites are on grass/gravel with full hook-ups (30amp)and a beautiful view of the marina and bay. All of our sites are level with lawn areas, picnic tables, and cable is available. Our rental trailers sleep 2 guests, the cabins 4 guests, and the Bayhouse 9 guests. Our staff will help you decide which one suits your needs. Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in any of our buildings.

We offer floating docks with water hook-ups, 30 amp twist lock electric service, a pump-out station, ice and the use of pool, bathhouse and laundry facilities to our marina guests. Our Dockmaster will meet you at your slip. Just call on VHF 16 when you are @ 2 miles out in the Palacios Channel.
A-Slip(Deluxe) 35 X 15, walkway on one side, Max LOA 45;

T-head and L-heads are for boats larger than 45 ft."LOA" means "length over all" including bow sprit. A, C, & D slips are double slips with two boats per slip. Marina depths are approx.7ft. at normal to high tide, 6ft. at low tide, and 5ft. at worst northern weather.
