Daily and Weekly Rates include up to 4 persons (over age 3 yrs).
Monthly Rates include 2 people (over age 3 yrs).
Additional $25 per person/month, up to 4 people.
*Monthly rates do not include electricity - a $100 Electricity Deposit is required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
For Daily and Weekly reservations, a $10 cancel fee applies. A 7 day notice is required. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, a 1 day fee will be charged.
Monthly reservations are subject to a $25 cancel fee. No Refund provided for cancellations made with less than 14 days notice.
