We are located on 70 lovely wooded acres directly on the Peace River. We offer a quiet country setting, yet just minutes to the fun and conveniences of Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Our Resort is easily reached from I-75, we're just 5 minutes east of exit 170. In our country setting, we often see ospreys and hawks, warblers and other song birds, bald eagles and herons are common. We have seen deer and an occasional otter, dolphin or manatee in the River. We have lovely old live oaks here in the Park, filled in the spring with Florida wild orchids.

| Our Resort offers two large swimming pools, a spa, shuffleboard court, horseshoes, a big fishing dock directly on the Peace River and a brand new boat ramp. Our facilities include a large camp store with groceries, beer and wine, souvenirs, toys and games, RV and camping supplies. Our main building also includes a huge activity center convenient to the big screened patio overlooking our sparkling pools and spa. Also, in our main building, is a large coin operated game room with pool table, air hockey, pin ball and other fun diversions. We're famous for our fully tiled, sparkling bath and toilet facilities both in our main building and in our second comfort station. We have two large laundromats featuring GE quality appliances. We have a very nice "dog walk" and several nice nature walks. Our paved roads are perfect for bike riding, walking and jogging and our Resort is gated. We are building a new 5200 square foot "Party Pavilion" for pot luck dinners, dances BBQ's and get togethers.

We offer individual mail boxes and daily mail service to our guests who are here for more than a months stay. We offer complimentary fax, copy and notary services to our monthly guests as well. There is an internet hookup in our activity center.

For Seasonal campers, we've gone the extra mile to ensure your comfort during your extended stay with us. We provide paved driveways, for a smoother transition from driving to parking, and concrete patios for that extra touch of luxury. Each month after the first gets discounted, as well.
All of our tent sites are conveniently located near the restrooms and deluxe shower facilities. Even if you're wanting to "rough it", your vacation doesn't have to be rough, too!
Looking over the horizon, you'll see a blanket of trees and foliage insulating the earth. Just below the tree line is a sheet of serene water, creating a setting of comfort and natural beauty unlike just about anywhere else. When you are completely saturated with the tranquility that only nature can provide, slip into a canoe and experience the water first hand! A relaxing canoe ride is enough to make you forget your troubles, and remember the true value of every new day. We offer canoe rentals right here, in the resort, for your convenience.
All throughout the park, you'll notice that nothing is further than a short stroll away. We have our laundry facilities, restrooms, a swimming pool, a boat dock, shuffleboard and more within a short distance from each other. If you're not up for a walk, then you can enjoy driving on our paved streets. Your comfort is our priority!
