Additional Information
RV Site rates are for one to two persons per site.
There is an additional charge of $4.00 per night or $50.00 per month for each additional person age three or older
There is a 4 guest limit on all monthly stays from May 1 - October 1.
Discounts apply to daily rates only. No discounts on weekly or monthly rates.
A 3 Night Minimum stay requirement applies to Holiday weekends for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
All weekly and monthly rates are plus *metered electricity @ $0.17 per kwh (subject to monthly adjustment).
Sites 501-505 are not available for monthly rentals: may be rented only on Daily and Weekly rental rates.
Cabins are available for monthly rental from 9/15 - 5/15 only. Please contact park for availability.
Pet Policy
Well mannered pets are welcome at Pioneer Beach Resort. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per site. However, NO PETS are allowed at any time in the cabins. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets. In consideration of others, excessive barking will not be permitted. Due to insurance restrictions, the following dog breeds (defined by AKC) are not allowed in the park at any time: Pit Bulls also known as (Stafford-shire Terriers), Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows and Wolf Hybrids - NO EXCEPTIONS.
