Electricity Charges -Daily rates include electricity. Weekly and Monthly rates do not include electricity; it will be billed at 14 cents per kilowatt hour (subject to change without notice).

Check In time is 12:00pm / Check Out time is 11:00am.
Subject to site availability and management approval, later checkout times are available at the rate of $2 per hour. After 6 hours the full day rate will be charged.

Holidays for 2005 requires a 3 night minimum stay stay:
Memorial Weekend ........... 05/26 - 05/29
Independence Weekend .. 06/30 - 07/04
Labor Day Weekend .......... 09/01 - 09/04
Presidents' Day ................... 02/18 - 02/21
