The Fulton Mansion
|
The Fulton Mansion - George and Harriet Fulton must have amazed their neighbors when they began construction in 1874 on their spacious and extravagant home overlooking the Aransas Bay. Completed in 1877, the home featured ornate trimwork and furnishings and the latest technological conveniences including modern plumbing, central heating and a gas lighting system. Since its restoration in the early 1980s, the architectural landmark has welcomed visitors since 1983 with a warm Texas hospitality that mirrors the graciousness originally extended by the Fultons. |

Lydia Ann Channel Lighthouse

Lydia Ann Channel Lighthouse- The light is visible, from a distance, at a few locations on Cotter Street in Port Aransas, Texas. There are dolphin and nature tours that leave from Woody's Sports Center, in Port Aransas, that will take you close to the lighthouse. |

The Port Aransas Ferry System

The Port Aransas Ferry System - provides transportation service seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. The ride connects Mustang Island and Port Aransas with the mainland via Aransas Pass. Come visit the historical Port Aransas Ferry System. |
