Rate Information:

  • Long Leaf Pines Oasis offers daily rate reservations online.
  • Weekly and Monthly rates are available by calling the park directly.
  • Group are welcome. Please call the park for more Information.
  • Rates are based on 2 adults & 2 children - $5.00 additional person/per day.

    • Taxes:

  • 9.5% lodging tax applies to all rates and extra fees.

    • Check-In/Check-Out Times:

  • Check-in - 12:00 pm
  • Check-Out - 1:00pm

    • Discounts:

  • 10% dsicount for Good Sam Members
  • 10% discount for AAA Members
  • 10% discount for AARP Members
  • 10%discount for NAARVA Members
  • *Membership cards must be presented upon check-in.

    • Vehicles:

  • A maximum of 1 vehicles per site allowed.
  • Overflow parking is available for $10 per night/per extra vehicle.

    • Pet Policy:

  • Pets are welcome at Long Leaf Pines Oasis - Free of Charge.
  • Maximum 2 pets per campsite/RV site.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Pets should not be left unattended at any time.
  • Please be kind to your neighbors and always clean up after your pets.
  • Sorry, No Aggressive dogs allowed at the park. Please call for more information.
  • Proof of current rabies vaccine required for all pets uon check-in.

    • Cancellation Policy:
    A $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations must be made prior to 7 days or more of the scheduled arrival date or a 1 day fee applies.
    Holidays - A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations must be made prior to 14 days or more of the scheduled arrival date or a 1 day fee applies.
