Victoria's downtown square and Gazebo are nestled under live oak trees. When you are here, ask Granddaddy "Stretch" (Susan's father)to tell you about the nights he slept in the gazebo in his youth.

Saxet Lake, a 95 acre park boasts of fishing, swimming, picnic tables and b-b-q pits plus a public boat ramp for your enjoyment. Last year one of our guests fished every day(he said it was his job) and we had fish frys weekly. Saxet lake is approximately 10 minutes from the park. |

Riverside park is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River. It hosts many wonderful picnic areas as well as three 9-hole golf courses.This course was rated in the top 10 of public courses in TEXAS!This 27 hole municipal course has large trees and landscape on all fairways. |

The Texas Zoo in Riverside Park,features animals native to TEXAS.Its the only Zoo in the world featuring native Texas wildlife exclusively.
