| Activities at Lake Cahlet Campgropund & Motel will certainly keep you hopping! There is so much to do; you just may have to stretch it out day to day. For inside fun, there is ping-pong, darts, video games and more. Be ready to burn some energy for the outdoor activities! The enticing blue waters of the crystal blue lake just beckons you to jump in for a swim. Or just casually bob around on a float, either way it is refreshing! Perhaps you would like to ride on the water if so, we have paddleboats and surf bikes, for rent. On the other hand, you can bring your own canoe, raft, rowboat or inflatable. As you can see, there is plenty of exciting water fun and frolic! |
| Do not forget the lake is here for the fisherman in you. We have stocked both the lake and flowing brook waters, so do not forget that fishing pole and tackle. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery and good luck hooking a big one! |
| If you want to explore outside the campground, there is plenty to see and do. There are many options for different tastes, from hunting, cross country skiing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and all of this on 10,000 acres of excellent State Forest property. In addition, for the shopper there is Madison Bouckville Antique Fair & Shops, Utica Brewery Tours, golf courses, churches, and other universities nearby and much more. |
