• Rates include four (4) persons, each additional person is $5.00 per day.
  
• All sites are full hook-up with 20/30/50 amp electric.
  
• Reservations booked for a Friday or Saturday require a two (2) night minimum.
  
• We also offer long term community living with pricing starting at just $595.
  
• Check-in time is 1:00 p.m., Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
  
• Electricity is not included in the monthly rate* and will be billed monthly based on usage.
  
• Additional parking is very limited. Please, no more than one additional vehicle per site.
  
• We do not offer Tent Camping.
  
• Small RV units (pop-ups, pick-ups and van conversions) are allowed for short term stays.
  
• Discounts available for Good Sam, AAA, FMCA and Cal Card members at 10% off daily rate. Verification required at check-in.

Pet Policy

• Friendly, well behaved Pets are welcome (dogs must be non-aggressive).
  
• Two (2) pet maximum per site - $1.00/day, $6.00/week, $30.00/month each pet.
• Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors.
  
• Pets must be current on all vaccines.
  
• Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time nor inside the RV if they create a nuisance.
  
• Pets must be picked up after immediately.
  
• No pets allowed in the pool area.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a minimum $5.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation made less then 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a one (1) night cancellation fee. Cancellations for Holiday dates require 7 day notice or one (1) night cancellation fee applies. Monthly reservations are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee and must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival or a 50% cancellation fee applies. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check-in is considered to be 1:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date.
