Site Occupancy: Maximum 8 people, 1 camping unit per site (trailer, RV, tent), Additional tent on the same site is $25.00.
Discounts: not valid on holidays, Halloween events, weekly or monthly rates, cabins & yurts. All discount cards must be presented at check-in.

Kozy Club Arena:- Ideal area for clubs, groups, & reunions. 8-16 units=Save 10%. 17+ units=Save 15%. Group discounts not available on holidays/Halloween.
Cabin/Yurt Rentals:No smoking or pets permitted in rentals. Picnic table, fire ring, & grill provided at each site. Bring your own linens. Cabin/Yurt check-out time is 11:00am.
Kozy Cabin: is 1 room, sleeps 4. Includes a double bed, bunk beds, table, chairs, &
small refrig./micro.
Log Cabin: is 2 rooms, sleeps 6. Includes a double bed, bunk beds, loft, table,
chairs, bath, & kitchen.
Little Bear Yurt (16' diameter) & Big Bear Yurt (20' diameter): each sleeps 6 with a combo
double/single bunk beds. Table, chairs, small refrig. & micro. included.
Reservation Policy:
Online reservations will be charged in full at the time of booking. Cabins and Yurts require 2 night min. stay. Holidays require a 3 night min. stay.
Cancellation Policy: We can not be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations, therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance.
Camping: A 72 hr notice is required (less $10 cancel fee). 7 day notice is needed for a holidays & special events.
Cabins/Yurts: A 14 day notice is required (less $25 cancel fee). 21 day notice is needed for holidays & special events.
