| At Kozy Rest Kampground their goal is to make your camping vacation as relaxing and pleasant as possible. That's why they go out of their way to offer every amenity you need. Whether you come as a tent camper, an RV camper, or are planning to stay in one of their rental cabins or yurts, we know you'll have a terrific experience at this campground north of Pittsburgh in the charming town of Harrisville, Pennsylvania. You'll find clean showers and restrooms in addition to the Kozy Rest Camp Store, a great place to visit for last minute supplies and snacks. |

There are several types of rental cabins offered at Kozy Rest Kampground: one-room cabins or yurts and our full-service cabins. The one-room cabin features a full size bed and one set of bunk beds along with a table and chairs, electricity, and a small refrigerator (you will need to bring your cooking utensils with you). Restrooms, showers, and water are all located close by. The full-service cabins include a small kitchen with table and benches, stove top, sink, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes. Full-service cabins also have a shower, toilet, and vanity, plus a bedroom with a full size bed and one set of bunk beds in addition to the loft outside of the bedroom. Both of our cabins have a charcoal grill for cooking and come equipped with a fire ring and picnic table for all of your cookout needs. You do need to bring your own bedding. Also, no pets or smoking are permitted inside the cabins. |
Yurts

New for 2006 are the Pacific Yurts. Two have been added for rent. The small one they call Little Bear is 16' feet in diameter and Big Bear is 20'. Each have beds for 6 people, a table and chairs, and electric. Call for prices and reservations. Groups and rallies, family reunions, and get-togethers of all sorts are welcome at Kozy Rest Kampground. Kids can play in our game room or out on the playground while the adults enjoy horseshoes, half-court basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, hiking trails, or swimming in the pool. They are a Good Sam park with excellent ratings from Trailer Life (8.5/9*/9) and Woodall's (WWW / WWWWW). |
| For RV campers, they offer shaded, level RV sites that feature full hookups, including 20, 30 and 50 amp electric. With their generous sites, even big rigs and slide-outs will find that they have room to spare. Snoozer and I personally love the wooded, primitive sites for tent campers which allow us to get back to nature. Every campsite comes with a picnic table and fire-ring for outdoor meals or songs around the campfire. And on Sundays between Memorial weekend and Labor Day they even provide an in-camp non-denominational church service! |
