Located in the Wine Country of Temecula Valley, California. Our Trailer Ranch supports many activities, for Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, within and around the park. There are Wineries with tours available to everyone. Wine tasting is optional. Hot Air Ballooning is available, advanced reservation is required. There are Major Temecula golf Courses within a few miles. (Call ahead for tee times). Old Town Temecula, a part of the old west, has many Antique Shops, Restraunts, have a great Mexican lunch at Rosas Cantina. There are many fun scheduled events throughout the year It is worthwhile visiting any of these attractions or just stay at the Campground for Swimming, Fishing, Paddle Boating, and much more. REUNION
From far and near they traveled for a reunion with friends that have camped at Indian Oaksfor Three Generations. For some it has been a number of yeaars since they have been together. Mothers, Dads, Kids and Grandkids have renewed frienships and caught up on the last thirty years.Many are still camping on a regular basis and a few children who had played together have married and have children of their own. Everyone enjoyed a good weekend shooting horseshoes, telling tales around the campfire whth a Saturday BB'Q and Pot Luck Dinner and Dance.Too bad it was a rainy March weekend but it did not dampen the spirit of the group of over 100, the greatest campers in the world. |
