* Family of Four consists of: 2 adults and 2 children under 18. Children under 5 camp for free.


One unit or tent per site, another unit or tent constitutes another site.

No minibikes, four wheelers, utility vehicles, or motorized scooters are allowed in the park. Golfcarts are only permitted if the office is given a "certificate of liability" showing that the owner of the cart is insured.

Reservation Policy - One night deposit required with a one/two night stay. Two nights desposit required for holidays, Yard Sales, and a three or more night stay. Holiday weekends - 3 night minimum. Yard Sale weekends - 2 night minimum. Deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. To make a reservation with less than 7 days till the scheduled arrival date, the deposit must be put on a credit card.

Cancellation Policy - Deposit will be refunded, less $15.00 service fee, for any reservation cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date. No refunds or transfer of deposit due to weather, early departure or cancellation with less than 14 days notice. There will be no refund or transfer of deposit for any reservation that was made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.

Check-in - 3:00pm / Check-out - 1:00 p.m.
Early arrival (before 12:00 p.m.) - 1/2 daily rate
