Geneseo is known for its craft shops and Victorian architecture. Its tree-lined streets and neighborly people welcome exploration by visitors.
The Hennepin Canal directly adjacent to the campground offers great recreation. Preserved as a park, the towpath offers good hiking & biking. Bass, blue gill, crappie and catfish can be caught from the canal. Canoeing and kayaking are also enjoyed.
