First Colony MH & RV Park is a modern park that offers wide streets
equipped with
fire hydrants and a good underground sewer system. Our generous sized
lots can accommodate any size RV Unit. All sites have FULL HOOK-UP with
50 amp service (30 amp if required),FREE CABLE T.V. and WIRELESS INTERNET.
Our facilities also include; A
Clubhouse, free purified water, shuffleboard court, heated swimming
pool and hot tub for your
pleasure.

COZY CLUBHOUSE
Congregate at the Clubhouse. Join us every
morning for free coffee and conversation. Our Social Committee
offers a great Saturday morning breakfast and "special event" meals ... and we don't want to forget our free coffee &
donuts ~ compliments of the park, on Tuesday mornings. |

The Hot Tub is near the pool
when you are ready for that "change-over". Clean, hot

Our laundry facility has well maintained
washers and dryers. As well as a clean environment, We
