The Strategy Zone - At The Strategy Zone we play outdoor laser tag. Outdoor laser tag is an organized, tactical game of team based combat. Outdoor laser tag is fast-paced and extreme. It is very unlike indoor arena laser games you might have played but is somewhat similar to paintball or airsoft. However, at The Strategy Zone there are no paintballs or airsoft pellets to buy and no paintball "wounds". All simulations are organized and the equipment technology eliminates cheating.
Laser combat simulations are great fun for the casual player and our structured strategy missions are designed to encourage working together as a team, leadership skills and effective communication. The ultimate war game, combining role-play and problem-solving, guarantees an experience unlike any other. |
Newport Golf Club

Newport Golf Club - Set just a few miles from Crow's Nest Campground, the Newport Golf Club is a phenomenal 18-hole course that encompasses 151 acres. With views of the surrounding mountains, the Sugar River, and forests of pine, hemlock, oak, and cherry, the course is a serene environment in which to practice your drive or putting stroke. The course was expanded in 1988 under the guidance of New-England based golf course architect Phil Wogan. Since the grand re-opening in 1991, the course has hosted the state Mid-Amateur three times and the state Amateur once. This challenging course is just the place to enjoy a sunny New Hampshire afternoon or morning. |
Sullivan County ATV Club

Sullivan County ATV Club - Promoting a philosophy of "Responsible Riding in Harmony with Landowners," the Sullivan County ATV Club offers information on trails and trail closures, group rides, and other special events for ATV riders. If you bring your all-terrain vehicle to Crow's Nest Campground, you'll want to contact the Club for information about what trails are ready for use and which should be avoided for mud season or repairs. In the winter months, it's particularly important to follow their temperature guidelines, so trails aren't chewed up too badly. The Club performs this important service in order to keep as many trails open to ATV riding as possible. |
