| Countryside Campground is conveniently located next to the Mogadore Reservoir, allowing guests easy access to a beautiful man-made lake. Enjoy swimming, boating, or fishing. The campground rents canoes and row boats, and the reservoir has several public boat launches. Fishermen can angle from the shores or a boat, with bluegill, sunfish, crappie, sculpins and stickleback species being quite abundant. There are several trails, the most popular and easiest being the Buckeye Trail. It starts at the north shore of Mogadore and winds through a mixed evergreen-deciduous forest. |
