Located in Western New York's scenic Wyoming County, Beaver Meadow Family Campground offers a quiet family orientated atmosphere for the young and the young at heart. Whether your campsite preference is open, wooded, water & electric or rustic, our seven seperate and unique camping areas will offer you a large selection of sites to fit your camping needs. Our spacious sites can accomodate camping units up to forty-five feet in length with multiple slide outs. Our three acre fishing pond (catch & release), free hot showers, coin laundry, camp store, propane, horseshoes, volleyball courts, basketball court, game room, numerous hiking trails, playgrounds and our new in-ground pool will fulfill your family or individual camping needs. In addition, we offer free planned weekend activities starting Memorial Day Weekend.

Beaver Meadow Family Campground is centrally located between Buffalo and Rochester, as well as Southern New York and Northern Pennslyvania. We are a short drive to many local and regional attractions such as the Arcade & Attica RR, Darien Lake Theme Park, Letchworth State Park (Grand Canyon of the East), Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, Fisher Price Toy Town Museum, Jell-O Museum and the AppleUmpkin Festival, to name a few. Just 45 minutes south from Downtown Buffalo / US-Canadian Border (Peace Bridge) and only 70 minutes from Niagara Falls, NY.

***NYS/DEC Firewood Regulations***
NEW DEC REGULATIONS prohibit the import of firewood into New York State unless it has been heat treated to kill pests. The regulation also limits the transportation of untreated firewood to less than 50 miles from its source. By transporting firewood, you could be spreading diseases and invasive insects that can quickly kill large numbers of trees. Help STOP THE SPREAD and obey the Firewood Regulations:
In short, the regulation...
Prohibits transporting firewood within New York more than 50 miles from its source.
Bans importing firewood into New York unless it has been treated (kiln-dried) to eliminate pests
You must have a receipt or label that has the firewood's source and it must remain within 50 miles of that source.
Firewood not purchased (i.e. cut from your own property) you must have a Self-Issued Certificate of Source (available at the campground), and it must be sourced within 50 miles of your destination.
To protect New York's trees, please...
Leave firewood home - do not bring it to campgrounds
Only buy firewood from local dealers or firewood that has been treated for pests.
Do not place firewood on the ground, leave it in your vehicle until needed.
Burn all firewood before leaving camp.
Treated bundled firewood is for sale at our office. While we appreciate you purchasing it from us, you can purchase firewood elsewhere. However you need to purchase it from local sources.
***PLEASE NOTE: Beaver Meadow Campground is located in Wyoming County however, Cattaraugus County (10 miles south of the campground) and Chautauqua County are under a Firewood Quarantine. No firewood within Cattaraugus or Chautauqua Counties can be transported outside of those counties.
Please realize that the DEC has the right to come into campgrounds and inspect firewood.
Under the Environmental Conservation Law, violations of these regulations are subject to a $250 fine, plus a $100 civil penalty and up to 15 days in jail.

Cancellation Policy:
Cabin cancellations are subject to one (1) days reservation fee.
All campsite cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) days reservation fee.No Refunds due to inclement weather, illness, work schedules or early departure.
Pet Policy:
All pets must be on a leash and are never to be left unattended at any time.
Owners are required to pick up after their pet immediately.
Copy of Certificate of Rabies Vaccination must be presented at time of check-in.
Pets not allowed in pool, pond or lake areas.
Excessive barking/disturbances will not be tolerated.
Pets are not allowed in cabins or other camp buildings including restrooms, shelters and laundry.
