Beacon RV Park is conveniently located off Interstate 29 and Missouri Highway 36, about an hour north of Kansas City and an hour and a half from Topeka Kansas. Make our park your home away from home while you plan day trips to visit our region's attractions. With sixteen museums, excellent restaurants and shopping centers, and superb recreational facilities all right here in St. Joseph, you'll find plenty to do in our area. |
| Enjoy one of our local festivals such as the St. Joseph International Guitar Festival, held the third week in May. In August we celebrate the St. Patrick's Mexican Fiesta and the Trails West free arts festival, followed by the Southside Fall Festival Roundup, held the third weekend in September. On the third weekend in June we welcome the soothing tunes of the Coleman Hawkins Jazz Festival, an incredible time hear outstanding live music. |

| Beacon RV Park offers excellent amenities such as wi-fi wireless internet access and 60-channel cable TV throughout the park (available for a minimal fee), handicapped access, propane, and a camp store. While most of our RV sites are back-ins, we do have some pull-thrus available, so be sure to book your campsite early! We welcome big rigs, tent campers, and leashed pets, so bring the whole family and join us today in Jesse James country. It's a gorgeous place to spend your next camping vacation. |
