Finding Angels Camp RV & Camping Resort:
We are in the Central Sierra foothills, east of Stockton and Modesto. The nearest freeway is 65 miles west of us, but the quiet atmosphere and scenery make the slower pace more enjoyable. Some cautions: SR 4 from Stockton is very narrow and extremely crooked; not advised for any unit longer than 30 feet. SR 4 and SR 108 over Sierra (Ebbets & Sonora passes) have significant one lane stretches, sharp curves and grades in excess of 25 per cent. They are spectacular drives but should be avoided by all RVs.

North Directions :
Interstate 5 or US 99 to Lodi, east on State Route 12 to San Andreas and SR 49. South on 49 through town of Angels Camp; from Angels Creek (old bridge) south two miles. Entrance is on left 300 feet past Union 76 station. From US 50 (Placerville) or SR 88 (Jackson) south on SR 49 to San Andreas, proceed as above.

South Directions :
I-5 or US 99 to Manteca, east on SR 120 through Oakdale to Sonora, north on SR 49 15 miles. Entrance is on right, five miles from Calaveras County line at bridge over New Melones Lake.

East Directions :
US 50 to Placerville or SR 88 to Jackson, south on SR 49 through San Andreas and Angels Camp. Entrance is on left, 2 miles from bridge over Angels Creek, 300 feet past Union 76 station.

West Directions :
From North Bay: East on I-80 to Fairfield, SR 12 SE to Lodi and San Andreas, follow north directions above.
From South Bay: East on I-580 through Tracy, north to Manteca to SR 120, follow south directions above.
