Major additions and upgrades are always underway at AmeriCana. We are ready to welcome the new RV Generation. A Mexican themed club complex with designer kitchen, 40 new sites, and a new pool and spa are some of the major additions over the last six years. Over 75 of our have 50 amp electric service and 1200 feet of sewer line replaced with 5 septic systems rebuilt. We have a demonstrated track record of responding to and fixing problems when they occur. We continue to add services our guests have come to expect. Guests who stay for a season can access Phone/Modem and cable at their site. Free WiFi and modem connection are available in the Clubhouse area. We maintain clean modern restroom facilities and a laurdramat that works. Many of our sites are shaded or semi-shaded and have concrete pads and walkways or you can opt for open grassy or gravel spaces. All are full hook up. The resort can accommodate 20, 30, and 50 amp electric requirements. NO KIDDING - AMERICANA REALLY DOES HAVE SOME OF THE LARGEST WOODED SITES IN THE VALLEY.

The recently built club house is highlighted with Mexican tiles and original art work. The Club House and Patio can accommodate groups as large as 125 for a variety of functions and often do.

The pool and spa complete the club complex. While border shopping is great year round - even better deals can be found during the summer. AmeriCana is particulary welcoming during these months with its shaded lanes and refreshing pool inviting you after a hard day of shopping in Progresso. The Rio Grand Valley is seldom without a breeze.
